TRANSFORMATION YOGA is a yoga based on Vajrasati (Hatha Yoga). In the classes we use props to explore our individual alignment and to develop mindfulness for each posture. TransFormation Yoga classes are structured so as to help us balance our practice: progressing from YIN type (stillness / contemplation) to postures that are more YANG (movement, flow). We apply restorative postures to calm the mind and Flow Sequences (movement) are also included. My Yoga classes are influenced by various traditions of yoga and somatics, including Hatha Flow, Somatic Movement, Yin Yoga and Restorative & Therapeutic Yoga.
